Older home or big trees nearby?

A broken sewer line won't show up on a walkthrough.

We run a camera through the main line and send you a narrated video.

Sewer scope inspection

The main sewer line runs from the house to the street, underground and out of sight. Roots, cracks, sags and separated joints are common in older lines, and the owner is usually responsible for the line on their property. A sewer scope is the only way to see inside before it's your problem.

What we check

  • The main line from the cleanout toward the city connection
  • Roots, cracks, offsets and separated joints
  • Bellies (low spots) that hold water
  • Pipe material and condition

What you get

  • A narrated video of the full scope
  • A written report of significant defects
  • Approximate location of problem areas
  • Unbiased findings: we don't sell repairs

A sewer scope is for homes on a city sewer line. Many North Idaho homes use a septic system instead. If yours does, tell us when you book.

Questions, answered

Does the home need a cleanout?

An accessible cleanout makes it easier. Tell us in the scheduler and we'll plan for it.

Which homes need it most?

Older homes, homes with mature trees near the line, and any home with slow drains.

Do you do repairs?

No. We inspect only, so we have no reason to find problems that aren't there.
